Manage the emails you receive

If you don’t want to receive too many request-related emails, you can limit or completely disable some notifications. Click the avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard and choose Settings from the drop-down menu. 

Then go to Notifications, from which you can manage incoming emails: 

All options are enabled by default: 

  • CC yourself on outbound emails for requests
  • Enable field completion notification emails
  • Limit notification emails to one email per day
  • Enable comment notification emails

When you disable one or more options using the toggle bar, you’ll be able to update settings by clicking Save at the bottom.

You can also delete the Field completed notification to disable it for all team members. Do this by editing Event notifications in the reminder schedule.
