What is the difference between grid view and list view?

When viewing either requests, clients or team members, you can toggle between both grid view and list view, which are two different ways in which you can order and display items. These are the corresponding icons, visible beside the search bar within the top right-hand corner:

The icon highlighted in pink represents grid view, whilst the icon in grey represents list view.

Using the request tab as an example, here’s a comparison between the way in which items are displayed depending on the type of view that’s been selected:

Here are four requests displayed in the default grid view.
Here are the same four requests displayed in list view.

We highly recommend list view to individuals with a large amount of requests, clients or team members, as it can prove to be incredibly useful for organisational purposes.

Update: As of the 26th October 2020, we now also have Kanban View as an available option for custom organisation of your requests and workflow. To learn more about that, click here 🙂
