The following is an overview of the Zap I created:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, for how I created this Zap, let’s go through it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the trigger, I chose Content Snare, chose field approved <\/strong>from the list of triggers, signed into my account and was then able to test that the trigger worked correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, as you can see, I selected Airtable<\/strong> for my action, chose create record<\/strong> as my event and signed in. From there, within Airtable, as you’ll see from the second screenshot above, I created 6 headers (you can make more if you’d like more information regarding each field for this Zap): Request Name<\/strong>, Client Name<\/strong>, Field Name<\/strong>, Field Type<\/strong>, Field Instructions<\/strong> and Client Response<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next stage was, once I’d chosen my base and table, to match those headers to things within Content Snare, which you can choose from a drop-down each time. Within the final screenshot above, you’ll be able to see what corresponds to what for when you’re creating your Zap, Chase. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, once the Zap’s been tested, it’s ready to turn on and go! So, from there, I created a sample request specifically for this purpose in order to show you what things translate to in Airtable and how well this works. Here are two fields I’ve approved<\/strong> in Content Snare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, you can see how they’ve appeared within Airtable amongst some other fields I’ve approved for this request! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
