You don\u2019t need to wait until the entire request is complete. To do that, go to the Content Snare dashboard. Everything works the same way, but you\u2019ll notice a few extra controls: <strong>Approve<\/strong>, <strong>Reject<\/strong>, or <strong>Revise<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to speed up the work by viewing more than one question at a time, click <strong>Compact View<\/strong> in the upper-right corner of the interface. Another option is to <strong>Approve all submitted<\/strong>, which allows you to confirm all answers in a single click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_3QHXtDYrdt-1024x382.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1556\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Approve<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To approve an answer, click the <strong>Approve<\/strong> button. When you do that, clients can no longer make changes to this answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_bfJYdhdcEH-1024x275.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1557\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If for some reason you change your mind, click <strong>Remove approval<\/strong> to take it back to the same state it was in before.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reject or revise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To reject an answer, click <strong>Reject<\/strong> and explain what your client should do to fix it. For the sake of this tutorial, we asked a client to write down their full name:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/copy.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1558\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as you reject a field, your client will receive an email asking them to return to the request and change the answer. The field will display your comment and the <strong>Redo<\/strong> mark in the upper-right corner. If you change your mind for some reason, click <strong>Remove reject<\/strong> to take it back to the same state it was in before.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Note<\/strong>: Clients don\u2019t see the word \u201creject\u201d. Instead, they receive an email saying that you have a comment on one of their answers, and the question is highlighted in yellow with the term <strong>Redo<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Revise<\/strong> button enables you to make changes to the client\u2019s answer, but make sure to re-submit it when you\u2019re done.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can reply to the client\u2019s questions in your request. When they ask a question, you\u2019ll receive an email like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_d0p3r2Uc8o.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1559\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the <strong>Open comment<\/strong> button and it will take you straight to the request field that your client commented on \u2014 you\u2019ll see a dialogue box on the right. After that, you can type in your comment and click <strong>Add comment<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_byowymSCZt.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1560\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The dialogue box also shows you other field-related activities like when it was completed, approved, or revised.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll also see a check box <strong>Make this an internal comment<\/strong>.
