A comment is also automatically created when you reject their answer. You can also post <strong>internal comments<\/strong> for your colleagues that the client can\u2019t see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a separate comment thread for each field, so it\u2019s clear which item is being discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s an example of what you\u2019ll see when you access the request and jump over to the client\u2019s answer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_ffy5WUkSP0.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1605\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Answering your client\u2019s question<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A client will sometimes post a question in comments if they get stuck or need additional information from you. In this case, you\u2019ll see the comments thread on the right side of the dashboard:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_JQ7XhU963K.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1606\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Use the text box to write an answer and then click <strong>Add comment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Note<\/strong>: Notice that the dialogue box also shows you other field-related activities like when it was completed, approved, or revised.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comments for rejected fields<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you reject the answer, you\u2019ll see a pop-up asking you to leave a comment in order to provide an explanation. Once done, click <strong>Reject<\/strong> on the bottom-right of the pop-up:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_brCLGi4hYK.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1607\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>default reminder schedule<\/strong> has a pre-configured \u201cField rejected\u201d notification set up. If you are using it, your client will receive an email notifying them that changes are required.
