If you don\u2019t need everything, it\u2019s also possible to copy\/download individual fields (including files and images).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can export published requests, but not draft versions. If you want to export archived requests, you\u2019ll need to restore them first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Export an entire request from the dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Export it from the requests dashboard by clicking the dotted menu in the top-right corner and choosing <strong>Export Request<\/strong> from the drop-down menu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_p3R7heiYnU-1024x762.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1671\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll see a pop-up window asking you to choose the output format from the drop-down menu. It also lets you choose different export options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once done, click <strong>Begin Export<\/strong> in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up window and you\u2019ll download the request in the selected format.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Note<\/strong>: If you have third-party storage integrations configured (like Google Drive), you\u2019ll also have the option to export directly to those platforms.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Another option is to export your request while viewing or reviewing it. If you are viewing a completed request, click <strong>Export Request<\/strong> in the top-right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_7Sc5Pd4MmI.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1672\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are reviewing a request that\u2019s not yet complete, you cal still export the parts that have been completed so far. Click the dotted area in the top-right corner and then choose Export Request from the drop-down menu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_ueIaXLtD6g.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1673\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Export types<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s the list of all export formats currently available in Content Snare:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_ngY0Lo3eBT.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1674\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As for the <strong>export options<\/strong>, you can choose to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Include page, section, and field instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include confidential answers&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include comments, internal comments, and field status history<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include attachments (with or without original attachment filenames)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exporting individual answers or files<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s also worth noting that you can copy individual fields (including file and image fields) when viewing a request. Click the <strong>Copy to clipboard<\/strong> icon (the two overlapping pages) on the right-hand side of the field to copy text-based answers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_E5FjyDlNtm-1024x271.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1675\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also preview, download, or copy individual files or images.
