If you need to send an extra reminder to a client, it\u2019s only a couple of clicks away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can send an existing email template or write your message manually. Another option is to send SMS, but this will only show in the menu if the client has a phone number configured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To write an email on your own, go to the Requests<\/strong> tab and click the dotted area next to the desired request. A drop-down menu will appear:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose Send email<\/strong> from the drop-down to start writing. The same applies to SMS reminders, just choose that option from the menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note<\/strong>: You can also choose an existing email template and edit it. This will pre-fill the subject and the body of an email based on that template.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s also possible to insert variables when manually writing an email, just like when you\u2019re creating email templates or editing default emails in Content Snare. You can also enrich your email with videos, links, images, or emojis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once done, click Send email<\/strong> in the bottom right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
