These are usually colleagues who also need access to requests. This option, however, differs depending on the plan selected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Basic Plan allows up to 2 team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Plus Plan allows up to 5 team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Pro Plan allows up to 10 team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom plans allow 10+ team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Note<\/strong>: Check out our <a href=\"https:\/\/contentsnare.com\/pricing\/\">pricing plans<\/a> with all their features.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adding a team member<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can add a new team member from any page by clicking <strong>Add new<\/strong> in the upper-right corner and choosing <strong>Team Member<\/strong> from the drop-down menu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternatively, go to the <strong>Team<\/strong> tab and click <strong>Add team member<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_cZa3atESz2-1024x301.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1872\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Note<\/strong>: The Team tab shows you active team members by default. To see inactive team members, click <strong>Inactive<\/strong> in the upper-left corner.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re seeing this tab in the table view, click <strong>Add a team member<\/strong> below your current list of active team members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_4GhnkicUmM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1873\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After that, type in a new team member\u2019s details and click <strong>Save<\/strong> in the upper-right corner. Your new team member will receive a Content Snare invitation in their email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Note<\/strong>: The Save button is grayed out until you fill in mandatory fields \u2014 name and email address.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setting a team member\u2019s permissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You will see a field labeled <strong>Role <\/strong>when creating a new team member. Content Snare sets it to <strong>Editor<\/strong> by default, but you can change the role to give your team members additional permissions or, if required, limit their permissions. Do it by clicking the drop-down menu and selecting the appropriate role:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/chrome_lIlG8AeGNh.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1874\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Selecting the right role enables you to give the correct permissions to any given user based on the role they play within the company\u2019s workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">That email is already in use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When adding a team member, there&#8217;ll be cases where you might see this message:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"475\" height=\"259\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-22.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2942\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-22.png 475w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-22-300x164.png 300w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-22-50x27.png 50w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-22-60x33.png 60w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-22-100x55.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 475px) 100vw, 475px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To fix this, click on the Clients tab at the top and double check if they were previously added to test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If they were, delete them from the client list. Please keep in mind that deleting them from the client list will also delete their requests. Make sure to export any data you&#8217;d like to keep before deleting them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Workaround<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;d like to keep them both as Clients and Team Members, you&#8217;ll need to use the alias workaround. This means adding &#8220;+keyword&#8221; before the domain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"489\" height=\"258\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-23.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2943\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-23.png 489w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-23-300x158.png 300w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-23-50x26.png 50w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-23-60x32.png 60w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-23-100x53.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 489px) 100vw, 489px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Most email service providers support this feature. The emails will be delivered to the same inbox so no need to worry about that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Types of roles and their corresponding permissions&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is a comprehensive breakdown of the different permissions associated with each of these roles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viewer role<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can view requests that have not been published.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can view the client list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can view the team list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can view the template list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can view the reminder schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can request help using the in-app chat system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can see a warning indicating the application subscription status if in trial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can see the announcement icon in the navigation menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reviewer role<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As above, additionally:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can send an email to a client using the application\u2019s email function.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can approve or reject field answers completed by a client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Editor role<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As above, additionally:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can edit a request (instructions, name, adding or removing fields, sections, deleting a request, etc).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can update or create clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can update or create templates (request, page and section templates).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can update or create reminder schedules or email templates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Admin role<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As above, additionally:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can update or create team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can update subscription billing settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can modify company settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can modify integrations, webhooks and connected apps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Next steps:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/knowledge-base\/2fa\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"1885\">Setting up two-factor authentication<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Content Snare admin users can add Team Members to their accounts.
