Content Snare has a few pricing plans<\/a> for individual users and teams. It allows you to choose a plan that suits your needs with regard to the number of active requests, team members, storage capacity, and other features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note<\/strong>: You still get the rest of your 14-day free trial after signing up. You won\u2019t be charged until that runs out.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s also possible to change plans to downgrade or upgrade your subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changing a plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can see the details of your current subscription by clicking the avatar in the upper-right corner and choosing My Plan<\/strong> from the drop-down menu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should you wish to change your plan, click Upgrade<\/strong> from the same drop-down. From there, you\u2019ll be able to select a plan ideally suited to your needs before being redirected to the subscription billing page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you need higher quotas than you see on this page, use the chat icon to request a larger plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What happens to the money I\u2019ve already paid when I change plans?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When you change your plan, the rate is charged pro-rata (proportionally)<\/strong>. This means you can change your plan at any time without any penalty at all. Let\u2019s give you an example to further clarify this. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re on a plan costing $29 per month and, halfway through the month, you\u2019d like to upgrade to a plan costing $59 monthly, you\u2019ll be credited half of $29 and charged half of $59 for the remainder of the month. This would equate to a charge of (59\/2) \u2013 (29\/2) = $15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The same process occurs in reverse when you downgrade from one plan to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, if you had one week left on the $59 plan and downgraded to the $29 plan, following this, you\u2019d be credited for one week of the $59 plan. That credit would then be applied to one week of the $29 plan, meaning that there would then be some credit left over which comes off your next bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why can\u2019t I select the plan I want?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Some users are trying to select a plan, but they only see a grayed-out button followed by the message You cannot select this plan as you would exceed the plan limits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means that the number of active requests and\/or team members on your account goes over the limits of your desired plan. The only solution is to reduce the number of team members and\/or active requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check the number of team members and active requests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Scroll down to the Usage<\/strong> section in My Plan to see the number of team members and active requests you\u2019re currently managing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, navigate to the Team<\/strong> tab within the top bar and see all active team members. If you have too many for the plan you\u2019re trying to select, please delete or deactivate any excess team members to avoid being over the limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You should also go to the Requests<\/strong> tab to see all active requests. If you\u2019re exceeding the limit of the desired plan, we recommend completing or archiving some requests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
