Content Snare\u2019s FYI Integration will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Automatically import your clients and contacts from FYI, so you can send them Requests without recreating them manually<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Create a Web Link<\/em> in FYI for any requests that you publish in Content Snare*<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Upload received files and completed requests to a selected Cabinet, Category <\/em>and Option<\/em> in FYI<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    * If you are sending a request to multiple people, the Web Link and files are uploaded against the first<\/strong> client you choose<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To move forward with this integration, you will need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Have Administrator<\/strong> level access on your account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Be on a plan that allows FYI integration (Plus and above)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Setting up FYI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Enforce company-wide MFA<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Connect your FYI a<\/a>c<\/a>count<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Choose an upload location<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Send requests to Clients<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Manually export requests to FYI<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Override location for specific requests or files<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Enforce company-wide MFA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Integrating with FYI requires that you enforce MFA (also known as 2-factor authentication) for all team members on your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Navigate to Settings -> Company<\/strong> and scroll down to the Security <\/strong>section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Enable this option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Connect your FYI account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Next, move over to the Integrations<\/strong> settings page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Scroll down to FYI and click the button to integrate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        On the next screen, you will be asked for your Access Key ID<\/strong> and Secret<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To get this information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        1. Log in to FYI<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Go to Automation<\/strong> -> Apps<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Click the cog icon next to Content Snare<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Click the button Create new secret<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Copy the secret into Content Snare (do this before closing the popup in FYI)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        6. Copy the access key ID into Content Snare<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          When you connect your account, it will automatically move to the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Choose a default upload location<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Content Snare will upload all files and exports to the location you set on this screen. When you publish a request in Content Snare, it will also create a Web Link<\/em> to that request in FYI .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
