Then follow these steps<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-1-create-a-trigger\">Step 1: Create a trigger<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll trigger this workflow with Content Snare\u2019s \u201cField completed\u201d trigger. Every time a client completes a field, we\u2019ll add it to our daily summary.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1-1024x560.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2095\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Go ahead and test the trigger to get some sample data.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-2-create-a-digest-by-zapier-action\">Step 2: Create a Digest by Zapier action<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Create an action. Search for \u201cDigest by Zapier\u201d, and then select the \u201cAppend entry and schedule digest\u201d event.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/2-1024x568.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2096\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Set it up like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2097\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Title<\/strong>: This is a unique name for the digest. You don\u2019t want to use the same name as another digest in your Zapier account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Entry<\/strong>: This is the text that will become one item in your daily summary list. I like using a dash at the start to indicate a bullet point. Or separating items with three dashes on a new line like \u201c\u2014\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Frequency<\/strong>: How often you want to get the email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-3-create-an-email-action\">&nbsp;Step 3: Create an email action<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Use the \u201cEmail by Zapier\u201d app with \u201cSend Outbound Email\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;The email will come from Zapier. If you want it to come from yourself, use the Gmail App &amp; Send Email action.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/4-1024x546.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2098\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And set it up as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/5-1024x611.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2099\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This is just like writing an email. Add who you\u2019re sending it to, give it a subject and a body.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Create the body by writing whatever you like, and then adding the \u201cCurrent Digest\u201d from the previous step.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-4-turn-the-zap-on\">Step 4: Turn the Zap on<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now just turn the Zap on and you\u2019ll begin receiving a daily summary email of documents received in Content Snare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/6-1024x330.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2100\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The email might look like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2101\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use this same process to add a daily summary to your task management system, or any system supported by Zapier.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We currently do not have a feature that allows you to receive a daily summary of all questions completed by your clients.
