Content Snare doesn\u2019t currently have the ability to export multiple requests to a single spreadsheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a workaround for this, using Zapier and Content Snare\u2019s webhooks\u00a0functionality<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will need a paid Zapier<\/a> account to complete this tutorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this to work, every request that you\u2019re exporting needs to be exactly the same<\/strong>. A spreadsheet has fixed columns, so if there are different questions in each request, it won\u2019t work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Create a Zap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In Zapier, create a Zap by clicking the \u201cMake a Zap\u201d button in your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the \u201cTrigger\u201d search for webhooks and click \u201cWebhooks by Zapier<\/strong>\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose the event Catch Raw Hook<\/strong>, then click continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the next page, it will provide a URL like this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copy the URL from here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Set up webhooks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In Content Snare, go to Settings -> Integrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turn on Webhooks, click \u201cAdd a new webhook\u201d and paste in the URL you copied in step 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tick the box that says \u201cRequest Completed\u201d and Save<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> \u201cRequest Completed<\/strong>\u201d happens when you click the \u201cComplete Request\u201d button inside Content Snare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Complete a request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For testing, you\u2019ll need to go and complete a request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You could create a dummy one that you send to yourself, answer some of the questions, then mark it complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll first need to approve all the fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The easiest way to do this is to view the request, and use the menu at the top right hand corner to do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Submit All for Review<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Approve all submitted<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Complete request<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 4: Create a spreadsheet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Create a Google Spreadsheet that has all of the columns you would like to fill out from the request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 5: Finish the Zap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Back at Zapier, click \u201cContinue\u201d on the webhook step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Then click \u201cTest Trigger\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You should get this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click Continue, at the bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For the Action, search for \u201cCode by Zapier\u201d. The event is \u201cRun Javascript\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Then:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Type the word \u201cdata\u201d into the first box on the left.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click in the box on the right and choose \u201cRaw Body\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Finally, delete everything in the Code box and replace it with this<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Continue on, then click \u201cTest & Continue\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
      Now for the last step!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
      Add another action at the bottom by clicking the + button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
      Search for Google Sheets and click it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
      Choose \u201cCreate Spreadsheet Row<\/strong>\u201d as the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
      Continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
      Connect your Google account, or select it if you have done this before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Choose the Spreadsheet and Worksheet that you just created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
      It will then load all the columns you created, like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For each column, click into the box, open \u201c2. Run Javascript\u201d box, and find the data that you want to put in the column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
