SharePoint integration allows the selection of different SharePoint drives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Note<\/strong>: You will need to create a new, empty folder for Content Snare exclusively because Microsoft imposes certain restrictions on how we can access your files. Our platform can only access one folder in your account. It also cannot see any of your existing files or folders, even if they are in that folder.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to set up your SharePoint\/OneDrive integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Create a new, empty folder in OneDrive or SharePoint and give it a name. Our suggestion is to call it \u201cContent Snare\u201d for the sake of simplicity. Once done, go to the Content Snare dashboard and:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the avatar in the top-right corner and choose <strong>Settings<\/strong> from the drop-down<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Applications<\/strong> on the left&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"435\" src=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Untitled-1-1024x435.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2503\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Untitled-1-1024x435.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Untitled-1-300x127.png 300w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Untitled-1-768x326.png 768w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Untitled-1-50x21.png 50w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Untitled-1-1536x652.png 1536w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Untitled-1-60x25.png 60w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Untitled-1-100x42.png 100w, https:\/\/help.contentsnare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Untitled-1.png 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll see a list of apps, so just click <strong>Integrate with OneDrive or SharePoint<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Note<\/strong>: The system will automatically send an email to inform you that the SharePoint\/OneDrive integration was enabled.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This will open a pop-up window asking you to configure the integration. Click <strong>Select a Folder<\/strong> and choose the folder you created earlier. Set up a path where Content Snare will store files inside the existing folder. They are renamed in the format: [filename]-deleted-[yyyymmdd]-[hhmmss].[extension]<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once set up, you can also manually export requests to OneDrive\/SharePoint. This gives you additional options like including\/excluding instructions, fields without an answer, comments, and so on:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXegYnbZAG9JQux7TCqQPfWZS5LvBi9pbLK3GBNU-XGNYgap7Ew0_kHXasSamRo8IhgVeaIi1cDP3Kg3UESurj_qLznCJbow90yGMNunfqJHs3F4VmoeDK6FKBCopDbmGrQkpTjuXw?key=mS5rL7ZbVSAvz2GGIMW2Udwx\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Should you wish to reconfigure or remove this integration, you\u2019ll find both options in Settings \u2192 Applications \u2192 OneDrive\/SharePoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automatically upload client files<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s possible to choose when to send files to SharePoint\/OneDrive.
