If you\u2019ve marked a request as Completed<\/strong> or moved it to Archived<\/strong>, you can still change it back to Published<\/strong>. This is useful if a client needs to add more information or you want to reopen the request for further updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changing request status from Completed back to Published<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To change the status of a completed request, go to the Requests<\/strong> page and find the one you\u2019d like to reactivate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pro tip<\/strong>: You can filter requests by status<\/a> to quickly find the one you need.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Hover over the request and click View Request<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once inside the viewer, click the three dots in the upper-right corner and Restore to Published<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bear in mind that restoring the request does not<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Alert your client<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Resend the request<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reset the link (they can access it using the same link)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Delete your client\u2019s responses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Changing request status from Archived back to Published<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To restore an archived request back to Published<\/strong>, click the three dots next to the request name in your dashboard and then click Restore to Complete<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once restored, the request will move to Completed<\/strong> status. From there, repeat the steps above to change it from Completed<\/strong> back to Published<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
