To resolve this, simply complete, archive, or delete requests that are no longer needed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Note<\/strong>: If you regularly need to have more requests active at the same time, upgrade your plan to increase your active request limit. Here\u2019s an article on how you can <a href=\"https:\/\/contentsnare.com\/help\/knowledge-base\/choosing-or-changing-plans\/\">change your pricing plan<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What counts as an active request?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Content Snare plans are based on the number of active requests, not the total number of requests in your account. An active request is live, accessible to your client, and available to be filled out. Inactive requests that do not count toward your limit include the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Draft \u2013 the request hasn\u2019t been sent yet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scheduled \u2013 the request is scheduled to be sent later, but hasn\u2019t been sent yet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed \u2013 the request has been marked as finished<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Archived \u2013 the request has been moved out of your main dashboard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deleted \u2013 the request has been permanently removed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to free up space for new requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve reached your limit, you can free up slots by changing the status of requests that are no longer needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mark a request as completed<\/strong>: If the client has finished submitting information and you\u2019re done reviewing it, you can mark the request as Completed. This removes client access and immediately frees up one active slot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Archive old requests<\/strong>: If you\u2019re completely finished with a request and want to keep your dashboard tidy, you can Archive it. Archived requests are removed from the main dashboard, but can still be restored later if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Delete a request<\/strong>: If a request was created by mistake or is no longer needed at all, you can delete it to free up the slot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Checking your plan limits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re unsure how many active requests your plan allows, you can check this from your account settings.
