Previously, phone numbers could be treated as different values if they were formatted differently. For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>0412 123 123<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>+61 412 123 123<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even though these represent the same number, they could create duplicate contacts when syncing between Content Snare and XPM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What\u2019s changed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Content Snare now normalizes phone number formatting before sending data to XPM.
