Web Business Weekly #107

When was the last time you took a break?
With the world going so crazy it’s really easy to go weeks on end working your ass off and taking no breaks.
Recently I realized that I hadn’t stopped in months. Not only has there been no travel, but also no coworking, no commute, no gym & no lunches out of the house.
So it’s 5 days a week in the house non stop working.
At some point that’s going to squash you mentally. I felt myself getting to that point.
Thankfully our gyms are open again. And this week I’m going to another town for a few days to celebrate my friends birthday (w have 2 active cases in our whole state)
While some of you may not be able to do that yet, there’s no shame in taking some time off just to recharge a bit. Maybe take a 4 day long weekend. I’m sure you’ve more than made up for it with the extra work you’ve been doing over the last few months.
If you’re worried about client work… it’s OK if clients have to wait an extra couple of days.
If they aren’t the kind of people that can deal with you taking some time for your mental health, they aren’t the right clients anyway.
