Web Business Weekly #31

Not much to report today, so here’s a couple of productivity things I’ve been trying that seem to be working well.

1. The Pomodoro technique. The idea is that you do 25 minutes of solid, focused work followed by a 5-minute break. After 4 of these in the morning, it already feels like I’ve done a normal days work. I use “Tomato Timer” (Google it) to time myself

2. Brain.fm. I picked this up a while back and use “Focus” mode to get into really deep work. It appears to work, almost too well at times when I realise I’ve got a few hours and my brain is fried. Sleep mode hasn’t really worked for me though.
