Web Business Weekly #50
Business & Marketing
I initially discovered Matt through his Facebook group Turnkey Websites Blueprint. Though this group and his course, he teaches web agencies how to build and market their own DIY website builder on WordPress. Check that out here . We’ve all had clients that just can’t afford our services. Instead of sending them to a Wix or Squarespace, you can refer them to your own builder. This keeps them in your ecosystem, generates recurring revenue and provides a bunch of upsell opportunities. Pretty good for business if you ask me. In this episode you’ll learn how Matt was able to build his own DIY successful turnkey websites builder, how he marketed it and strategies to generate more revenue.
Brilliant post from Jennifer Bourn. After reading this I’ve realised I’m a bit of an a-hole on this front. It doesn’t take much effort to say no to a client, but still leave on a positive note and have them remember you. That way you might even get a referral or two from them later
