Continuing on from the last 2 weeks theme of reducing social media and phone use… so far I am loving it.
Seeing how much screen time I’ve had each day using the Google Digital Wellbeing app has become a bit of a game, to see how low I can get it.
It also means I’ve spent more time just chilling out and thinking. I’m hoping that in time, and with some conscious effort, this translates to having a calmer mind.
There is evidence coming out that social media use causes anxiety, so reducing use can only be good.
