I sound like a broken record on this… but all the most successful agencies I know don’t sell websites.
On the Agency Highway podcast, tons of guests have said almost the same thing -> That you shouldn’t be selling your clients “a website”.
In your client’s mind, a website is a cost. 
​​Instead, what if by working with you, they made more money. It’s much easier for your clients to justify spending money to make money.
So how do you do that if you’re making websites?
One of the easiest ways is to make their website convert more visitors into clients. This usually involves setting up lead capture, landing pages, upsells etc. Some people call this a “funnel”.
But it turns out “funnels” is a scary word to many people. I get that. Funnels seem super complex at first. But if you want to increase your rates, this is the kind of thing that’s worth learning.
There’s a shortcut though. Dave Foy must have also noticed how many people struggle with funnels, so he created “No Fear Funnels”.
