Note: We are based in Australia, so the times might look strange depending on where you are booking from. Please double-check the time you are booking as sometimes clients book in the middle of the night unintentionally.

Concierge onboarding service

Our concierge service can help you onboard if you need assistance or don’t have the time to set up Content Snare yourself. Free services include:

  • Setting up your first template with up to 30 questions
  • A 30-minute call to ask questions and learn
  • A review of your existing request to ensure it follows best practices

We also offer an extended template setup beyond 30 questions. For a nominal fee, you can send us your existing onboarding forms, documents, checklists, or anything else you’re currently using as a basis for content collection. Then we’ll turn these documents into templates inside your account within an agreed period.

This allows you to sit back and let us do all of the preparation for you, so you can start sending requests without having to do any of the template-building beforehand.
