Plans are limited by the number of requests that are active at the same time. Active requests are ones that your clients can access and fill out.
Say your limit was 50.
You could send 50 requests right away. If a week later you mark them as "complete" or "archived", you'd be able to send 50 more.
Once you mark a request as complete or archived, your client will no longer have access.
Plus Plan = 1 free migration
Pro Plan = 2 free migrations
One free migration is limited to 40 questions. Beyond this, we will provide a quote. If your plan includes multiple free migrations, you can combine them into one larger template.
Once you have signed up for a plan, simply email us a copy of the form you want to re-create in Content Snare.

Most teams are up and running within 2 weeks. The timeline depends on how many templates you need and how large your team is. Your Customer Success contact will work with you to set a realistic schedule.
Yes. If you start with Guided and decide you want more help, we can upgrade you to Supported or Concierge. We'll credit what you've already paid.
We'll look at a template you've built (or are planning to build) and give you specific feedback on structure, wording and field types to improve completion rates and client experience. Question limits are pooled across your reviews, so you can use them however works best for your templates.
We'll take your existing online forms, PDFs or spreadsheets and recreate them as Content Snare templates. This includes mapping your fields, setting up conditional logic where needed, and structuring the template for the best client experience.
We recommend completing onboarding within 90 days of purchase. This keeps momentum going and means our team can give you the most relevant, up-to-date guidance.
