Security is difficult to measure, but we do a lot to ensure that your clients’ and your own data is secure. The best place to start is our page on Content Snare’s Security & Compliance. This provides an overview of our security practices.
Here are a few more useful resources:
- Content Snare’s Privacy Policy
- Our Data Processing Agreement that outlines how we process data
- Our article about data storage
- How to secure your account with two-factor authentication
Client access
When you send a request to clients, there are a few options for client access control. These are:
- Unguessable links (more below)
- PIN codes (optional)
- Requiring clients to create an account & password (optional)
- Marking questions as confidential for an extra layer of security
To learn more about the different ways you can secure your client’s requests, read this guide.
Other information
We are not currently ISO27001 compliant, but are working towards it.
If you would like more information, please reach out to us and we can provide a document with an infrastructure overview, or a pre-filled CAIQ Lite questionnaire.
