If your two-factor authentication (2FA) code isn’t working, resetting 2FA resolves the issue in most cases.
Please contact support and ask for a 2FA reset. Once it’s reset:
- Set up 2FA again by scanning the new QR code
- Try logging in with the new code
This fixes the issue in almost all cases.

However, there’s a small chance your code still doesn’t work after resetting 2FA. In this case, move to the next step.
Check your phone’s time settings
Authenticator apps rely on your phone’s internal clock to generate codes. If your phone’s time is not set automatically, the generated codes can become out of sync, even if everything else is set up correctly. Here’s how to fix this:
iPhone
- Go to Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Date & Time
- Turn on Set Automatically
Android
- Go to Settings
- Tap System
- Tap Date & Time
- Enable:
- Set time automatically
- Set time zone automatically
Close your authenticator app after enabling automatic time settings. Then reopen it and try logging in again. Your 2FA code should now work.
