What’s the difference between “Not all fields completed” and “Some fields completed (but not all)”?

The difference between the two notification events comes down to one thing: does it include clients who haven’t started at all?

  • Some (but not all) fields completed: The client has started but hasn’t finished.
  • Not all fields completed: The client either hasn’t started OR hasn’t finished.

Another way to think about it:

  • Some (but not all) fields completed = 1–99% complete
  • Not all fields completed = 0–99% complete

This lets you send smarter reminders that match where the client actually is.
