Content Snare admin users have the ability to add Team Members to their account. These are usually colleagues who need access to Requests for various reasons.
This option, however, differs depending on the plan selected. The Startup plan allows up to three users in total whilst, on the Team plan, you can have up to eight. The Lite plan will not permit the addition of any supplementary users.
You can add team members by selecting Team Member from the Add New drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Alternatively, if you’re already viewing your team, you can create a new member by clicking the following when in grid view:
