Reminders ensure that your clients come back to complete the request. They are delivered via email or SMS. If required, you can even send reminders to yourself.
You’ll find and manage schedules, email templates, and SMS templates in the Reminders tab:
Schedules
A reminder schedule is a set of rules that defines which reminders are sent, and when.
Our Default schedule comes pre-loaded with some simple reminders & notifications.
The No automatic reminders schedule only sends the initial email without any other automated reminders.
You can customize the built-in schedules or create your own by clicking Add a reminder schedule:
Email templates
There are several ready-made email templates in Content Snare. They are stored in Reminders → Email templates, from which you can view, edit, duplicate, or delete them. Should you wish to create a new one, just click Add an email template at the bottom of the list:
SMS templates
Content Snare also contains some ready-made SMS templates. They are stored in Reminders → SMS templates, from which you can view, edit, duplicate, or delete them. You can also create a new one by clicking Add an SMS template at the bottom of the list.
