How do I use a saved template?

When creating a request, page, or section, you will be given the option to either start from scratch or use an existing template. From there, simply select the template you want to use, and all its fields will be imported.

For request templates, you’ll be given the option to use a saved one within the first stage of request creation. As visible from the above image, built-in templates are stored within their relative categories, whilst templates you’ve created and saved are stored under Custom Templates.

For page templates, you can simply click the Add From Template button on the left-hand side.

For section templates, you can simply click the Add Section From Template button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page, next to our chat widget.
