Inactive accounts are automatically deleted after 90 days. This includes expired trials and canceled paid accounts.
If you would like to know if your account still exists, you can simply try signing up with the same email address. If you are able to sign up, then the account must have been deleted.
If you are unable to sign up, the system displays the message “That email already exists.” This means that the account is still active, so you can just sign into your original account.
