If you’re on a free trial, the maximum file size your clients can upload is 20MB (for individual files). If this isn’t enough for your projects, you can remove the 20MB file size limit by choosing one of our paid plans:
- Basic: 4GB file size limit
- Plus, Pro, and Enterprise: 16GB file size limit
Note: By default, the plans Plus, Pro, and above are set to a file size limit of 4GB. This limit can be increased to 16GB upon request. You can reach out to us at [email protected].
To upgrade your subscription, click the avatar icon in the upper right corner and choose Upgrade from the drop-down menu:
From there, select a plan that suits your needs before being redirected to the subscription billing page.
