Experience
Sylva's journey to becoming a writer was shaped by both her innate talent and the advantage of being raised by an English teacher. For as long as she can remember, she has always considered writing to be her preferred form of self-expression.
Sylva has spent the past decade producing all types of content for both B2B and B2C audiences, considering herself to be an expert on the future of work, the employee experience, and business productivity. Drawing from her strong foundation in psychology, she has also written content for the personal development and mental health space.
Education
After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia with a major in Marketing and minor in Psychology, Sylva soon recognized the value of her writing prowess in the business world and naturally carved out a career as a copywriter.
