Creating a solid foundation for your next project begins with asking the right questions. These will help you understand everything from goals and resources to potential challenges well in advance.

Our recommendation is to create a list of questions that fit your typical project, but that doesn’t mean you have to start from scratch. On the contrary, we’ve put together a comprehensive project management questionnaire to help you hit the ground running — you can find all the questions below.

Alternatively, just sign up for a 14-day free trial to directly access our built-in questionnaire template.

38 questions for your project management questionnaire

The purpose of this form is to better prepare for your next project using a predefined set of questions. Each section covers a different aspect of project management processes.

We’ll also add screenshots to show you what some of these questions look like in our ready-made project management questionnaire — you can check it out through the Content Snare template library.

Note: Since project management forms can be used in many industries, we made a generic version with questions that suit most companies. We highly recommend customizing this questionnaire template to match your business goals.
